The reality at the top

Serving in education shouldn’t require self abandonment.

As a female educator, you carry the invisible weight of entire communities. Between competing priorities, public scrutiny, community expectations, and constant problem solving, work in education can become a cycle of relentless overfunctioning.

The result? Isolation at the top and systemic burnout for the very leaders our schools need most.

The Learning Crossroads was created to replace the traditional “hustle” model of educational leadership with a sustainable approach, offering executive women the space, strategy, and sanctuary needed to lead with clarity without sacrificing their peace.

You can lead with impact.
You deserve to lead with peace.

Meet the founder

Three decades in education.
A new way forward.

Resma Byrne, Ed.D.

After three decades serving in public education, including leading a complex school district as Superintendent, I founded The Learning Crossroads to offer female leaders what I often needed most: a true peer who understands the exact pressures of the role.

Having navigated high stakes board governance, budget crises, labor negotiations, and systemic reform, I provide confidential strategic advising grounded in real world executive experience.

This is a space to bring both your leadership ambitions and your whole self.
